TO: All persons interested in the Estate of Mark Alan Wallace, deceased.
You are hereby notified that the Petitioner, Michele Rossi, filed in the District Court of Grady County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that Mark Alan Wallace died testate on August 13, 2022 in Pulaski County, Arkansas and was domiciled with a fixed place of residence in Dallas County, Texas, that the total value of the decedent's property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00, and the only heirs, administrators, executors, devisees, and legatees of Mark Alan Wallace are Michele Rossi, 5133 Serata Drive, Bradenton, FL 34211; and William Scott Wallace, 4443 Manning Lane, Dallas, TX 75220.
All creditors having claims against Mark Alan Wallace, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all securities and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claims, to the Petitioner, Michele Rossi, c/o Timothy C. Dowd, Two Leadership Square, 211 North Robinson, Suite 1300, Oklahoma City, OK 73102, no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice, or the same will be forever barred.
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on June 3, 2026 at 8:45am, at the Grady County Courthouse, 326 W. Choctaw Ave., Chickasha, OK 73018 before Judge Joseph Z. Young. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration.
You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge at any time before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you do not need to appear at the hearing or make any filing with the Court.
If any objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the Will filed herein shall be admitted to probate, and whether the summary administration proceedings are appropriate and if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Marathon Oil Company, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) amending Order No. 486310 to delete Section 28, Township 3 North, Range 5 West of the IM, Grady County, Oklahoma, from the purview and boundaries of the Goddard common source of supply as covered by such order, and to vacate the 640-acre non-horizontal drilling and spacing unit previously formed by such order for such common source of supply in said Section 28; (ii) amending Order No. 738832 to enlarge and extend the boundaries of the Goddard common source of supply so as to cover and include said Section 28, and to form a proper horizontal well unit in such section for such common source of supply, which unit should be formed as a 640-acre horizontal well unit; (iii) determining that the 640-acre horizontal well unit requested to be formed in this cause for the Goddard common source of supply in said Section 28 shall exist concurrently with (a) the 160-acre non-horizontal drilling and spacing unit previously formed for the Deep Springer common source of supply in the NW¼ of said Section 28, (b) the 80-acre non-horizontal drilling and spacing units previously formed for the Deep Springer common source of supply in the SE¼ of said Section 28, and (c) the 160-acre non-horizontal drilling and spacing unit formed for the Downthrusted Springer common source of supply in the NE¼ of said Section 28; and (iv) granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein.
