NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Camino Natural Resources, LLC, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) authorizing and permitting exceptions to the permitted well location tolerances in the 640-acre units formed for the Mississippian and Woodford separate common sources of supply in Section 1, Township 5 North, Range 6 West of the IM, Grady County, Oklahoma, and in the 640-acre units formed and to be formed for the Mayes, Sycamore and Woodford separate common sources of supply in Sections 12 and 13, Township 5 North, Range 6 West of the IM, Grady County, Oklahoma, so as to allow a multiunit horizontal well to be drilled into, to be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from such separate common sources of supply in such units, with the completion interval of such multiunit horizontal well to be located as set forth below: SUBSURFACE LOCATIONS IN SAID SECTION 1: not closer than 165 feet from the north line and not closer than 1,500 feet from the east line and not closer than 0 feet from the south line of said Section 1, SUBSURFACE LOCATIONS IN SAID SECTION 12: not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 1,500 feet from the east line and not closer than 0 feet from the south line of said Section 12, SUBSURFACE LOCATIONS IN SAID SECTION 13: not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 1,500 feet from the east line and not closer than 2,640 feet from the south line of said Section 13, with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant; and (ii) granting a full allowable for the proposed multiunit horizontal well involved herein as to production from the separate common sources of supply covered hereby, with no downward adjustment imposed thereon. The application in this cause states that there are applications of Applicant pending before the Commission requesting the Commission to form 640-acre horizontal well units for the Mayes common source of supply in said Sections 12 and 13. The other units involved in this cause have been previously formed by the Commission. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant.
